In 2021, faculty of our department published a total of 53 papers, of which 24 were included in SSCI, 20 in CSSCI, two in ESCI and seven in general journals, including Sociological Research, Politics& Society, Journal of Affective Disorders, Children and Youth Services Review, Journal of Aging and Health, International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health, Current Psychology, British Journal of Sociology, etc. In addition, two monographs have been published.

In 2021, our department launched 24 scientific research projects. Among them, six national projects, eleven horizontal projects and seven university-level scientific research projects. In addition, two scientific research achievements of our department won the prize of “Outstanding achievement award in Sociology”.
